Where is Radiant by Fran located?
Inside Sassie's Hair Beauty and Tanning at 64 Moorland Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 4HT. On-street parking is available on Moorland Road and the surrounding streets.
How do I book an appointment?
Message me on WhatsApp at 07985 409709 — it's the fastest way to check availability. Online booking is launching soon, which will let you book 24/7.
What are your opening hours?
Monday 9:30am–5:30pm, Thursday 5pm–8pm, Saturday 10am–3pm. Other days are by appointment only — message me if you need a different slot.
I'm a new client — is there a first-visit offer?
Yes! New clients get 20% off their first treatment. Just mention it when you book. It's the easiest way to try a treatment with no risk.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes — gift vouchers are available in any amount and make lovely presents for birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas, or just because. Message me to arrange one.
I've over-plucked my brows — can you help?
Absolutely. With twenty years of experience I've worked with every kind of brow — including heavily over-plucked ones. We'll map out a recovery plan together at your first appointment, and most patches can be covered beautifully with tint while the hair grows back.
Do you take card payments?
Cash and bank transfer currently, with card payments launching shortly. Let me know what suits you when you book.
Is the salon wheelchair-accessible?
The salon is on the ground floor but the entrance has steps, so it isn't fully wheelchair-accessible. If access is a concern, please message me before booking and we'll find a way to make it work.
